Nature4Paws currently sells and ships only within the United States.
Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Destinations
Nature4Paws currently ships to addresses within the United States only. We do not currently offer international shipping.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Estimated Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times vary based on the shipping carrier, destination, and shipping method selected at checkout. Most U.S. orders are estimated to arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, holidays, weather, or other circumstances outside of our control.
Order Tracking
When your order ships, you may receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, if tracking is available for your selected shipping method.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. Nature4Paws is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us at sales@nature4paws.com with your order number and any available photos of the product and packaging.
If an order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund after reviewing the issue.
