At Nature4Paws, we want you and your dog to be happy with your purchase. Because our products are consumable dog treats, we are unable to accept returns of opened or used products. However, if there is an issue with your order, we are here to help.
Return Window
Customers in the United States may request a return or refund within 30 days of delivery.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
We cannot accept returns for opened, used, or partially consumed dog treats unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the product and packaging so we can review the issue.
If approved, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by an error with your order.

- Photos, if the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect
Refunds
Once your return or refund request is reviewed and approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.
U.S. Orders Only
Nature4Paws currently sells and ships only within the United States.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges at this time. Because our products are consumable dog treats, we cannot accept exchanges for opened, used, or partially consumed items.
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. If approved, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund.
